[24+24] Arashi
A collaboration withbabbled!
After seeingohfreckle and zaipixie's icon battle, I wanted to do something similar. So me and babbled did a little bit smaller version of the same thing.
We each chose 12 pictures of Arashi for a sum of 24. Then, each of us cropped that batch of 24 and sent the other person the base batch we made.
This was really hard! I need icon therapy now. x3

Using PS7. Uses Curves and Selective Color. Prior knowledge about Photoshop needed.
This is my first tutorial, and I don't exactly know how useful it is, since the coloring is pretty specific. This is mostly just to show how I sometimes do things. All the settings vary according to the image you are using. I had a really dark and blue screenshot as a base, so I had to brighten it and add some color to it. I usually just experiment with different settings until I have something that I like.

What do you think? Should I do the occasional tutorial or was this completely useless? I might do something a little more general some time in the future, I'm not sure. There are a lot more capable people than me, who make better tutorials.
